最近用MacOS的時候，有時會出現 CalNCService 這個背景作業的程式佔用大量的資源，網路上也一堆處理方法但是對我來說都不能根治這個問題，有時候久久要處理一次又會忘記到底是要刪掉哪些檔案重啟，我還是寫一段筆記來記錄一下比較保險。
刪除以下檔案：
~/Library/Containers
com.apple.CalendarAgent
com.apple.CalendarAgent.CalNCService~/Library/Calendars/
Calendar Cache
Calendar Cache-shm
Calendar Cache-wal
這樣應該會有效。
